Yes! the glazes I use will always be food safe unless specified other wise. Any non food safe glaze would be used on sculptures or on the outside of the vessel were food does not touch.
YUP! go ahead and reheat those leftovers. Plus they are also dishwasher safe.
I carefully package each piece in a box with plenty of wrapping to ensure its safe arrival. It will arrive by UPS and you will receive a tracking number. In the rare event that a break happens please contact me through email.
I mainly use ceramic clay that gets fired to cone 6 (2165 degrees F) and various glazes.
I also like to work with other mediums such as metals, wool, fabric, and new things I find.
I try to be as honest with prices as I can be. My art is an extension of my heart and every piece is special to me. There is a lot of labor that goes into ceramic work. Many hours, powerful equipment, and lots of love. I take into consideration the hours of labor (sculpting, firing, glazing, equipment) also materials and my cool ideas. After considering all those factors I then price accordingly.
